ATLANTA, July 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- iMedX Inc. announced today that Michael Kimball would be joining its ranks as Chief Revenue Officer. The announcement comes on the heels of the company's recent appointment of Christopher Foley as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Michael brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in healthcare to iMedX. Most recently, he served as CEO of Diskriter, Inc., a Health Information Management and Medical Transcription solutions provider. Michael has also held senior leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations with CBay Systems (now known as M*Modal), EDiX Corporation (acquired by Spheris, Inc.) and Kinetic Concepts Inc. Throughout his career, Michael's focus has been to establish a business model that promotes growth through organic sales and acquisitions with an emphasis on client retention, client relations and partner referrals. At iMedX, he will leverage his experience in providing integrated clinical documentation solutions and other related HIM services to hospitals, physician group practices, IDNs and clinics to support the company's rapid growth.
