Michael Dansky Joins Capstone Advisory Group, LLC

SADDLE BROOK, N.J., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Capstone Advisory Group, LLC announced today that Michael Dansky has joined the firm as an Executive Director of its Litigation and Forensic Practice Group. Mr. Dansky, who is a renowned expert in intellectual property, corporate transactions, dispute resolution, and valuation, will lead Capstone's new Boston, MA office.

Mr. Dansky has valued intellectual property assets and related technologies and evaluated IP damages in a wide range of industries. Over the past twenty-five years, he has led transaction teams in the monetization and acquisition of assets around the world. A main focus of his work has related to developing and executing strategies for maximizing the value of intellectual assets.

Prior to joining Capstone, Mr. Dansky was a principle at The Brattle Group. He has also served as president, and founder, of Intellectual Property Strategies, a managing director for Huron Consulting Group, vice president for corporate strategy and business development at Polaroid Corporation, and as an executive with both Amoco Corporation and Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Dansky holds an M.B.A. in International Business and Finance from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Tufts University.
