Beck Selected As Vice President For Growing Fast-Casual Chain
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Veggie Grill, the fast-casual restaurant chain serving delicious, 100 percent plant-based, American-style food announced that real estate veteran, Michael Beck, has joined the team as Vice President of Development. Beck joins CEO Greg Dollarhyde and co-founders Kevin Boylan and T.K. Pillan as they continue to expand the Veggie Grill brand up and down the West Coast.

As head of Real Estate & Construction at Ruby Tuesday, Pinkberry, Extended StayAmerica, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Blockbuster Entertainment, Beck developed teams, systems and industry relationships supporting rapid growth, oversaw market planning and site selection, and managed all aspects of new store development.
At Veggie Grill, Beck will be responsible for market planning, site selection, contract negotiations, asset management and lease administration for all Veggie Grill locations. Currently Veggie Grill has eleven locations from Southern California to Seattle, with more scheduled in additional markets in 2012 and beyond.
