Michael A. Koch Joins LRN as President and a Member of the Company's Executive Committee
NEW YORK, April 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- LRN, which helps organizations meet their compliance obligations, shape ethical behavior, and strengthen culture and leadership, announced today that Michael A. Koch has joined the company as President and a member of the Executive Committee.

Koch joins LRN from Vienna, Austria and brings over 20 years of significant global experience. For the past seven years, he's led major businesses in media, legal information services, and publishing; serving as CEO of Wolters Kluwer France and Walters Kluwer Central and Eastern Europe where he oversaw more than 1,000 employees and managed revenues of over $200 million. Over the last two decades in leadership positions at Wolters, Mondi Group and Unilever Koch has focused on marketing and sales excellence and overall operational performance. He has worked across Europe and globally, and speaks fluent English and French, as well as native German. It is expected that Koch will have an immediate impact on expanding LRN's global presence as well as bolster business opportunities in the United States. Koch holds an MBA in Business Administration and Economics from Vienna University and attended the Stanford University Executive Program on Managing Innovation.
