Miami Music Project Partners With Greenspoon Marder And KoDA To Present "Miami Music Box" During Art Basel Week
MIAMI, Nov. 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Miami Music Project partners with Greenspoon Marder to present the KoDA-designed and co-sponsored "Miami Music Box" exhibit during Art Basel week at the RAW POP UP on December 5th - 9th. "Miami Music Box" captures the transformative power of Miami Music Project in a multi-sensory journey of sound, shapes and light. Set within the once-segregated dressing rooms of the former historic Burdines flagship in downtown Miami, "Miami Music Box" shows how the community has progressed from one of rejection and segregation to one of empowerment and inclusion.
This artistic representation of Miami Music Project's mission is the product of Miami Music Project's Sound Board, a team of creative professionals committed to raising awareness and support for the organization by identifying strategic opportunities, harnessing modern media channels, and engaging artists and influencers. Initially conceived by Greenspoon Marder partner and Sound Board Founder, Daniel Mazanec, the idea for "Miami Music Box" was brought to life through the creative design of architect, and fellow Sound Board member Wesley Kean and his team at KoDA. "I am grateful to be part of such a unique and talented team," says Mazanec, who is also a member of Miami Music Project's Board of Trustees. "Through our installation, we hope to convey a message of inclusion and transformation – so that our guests can see and experience firsthand why Miami Music Project is so important to our community."
