Mi Escuelita Preschool Opens New Downtown Dallas Location

DALLAS, Jan. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Nearly 100 at-risk young children will receive high quality early childhood education in the heart of Dallas thanks to Mi Escuelita Preschool opening a new location in Downtown Dallas where they will provide Pre-K for Uplift Education's Uplift Peak Preparatory. The new site will be Mi Escuelita East Quarter and will be hosted at First Presbyterian Church of Dallas (1835 Young Street, Dallas, 75201).

First Presbyterian Church of Dallas has supported Mi Escuelita for many years and generously provided space for Mi Escuelita to open a downtown Dallas location, growing a partnership that will provide high-quality early childhood education to 80 children.

Now in its 5^th year, Mi Escuelita's partnership with Uplift Education has grown dramatically with Mi Escuelita now providing Pre-K for eight Uplift schools. Children enrolled in these charter partnership classrooms will matriculate directly to Uplift Kindergarten classrooms, eliminating worry for parents about where their preschooler will attend Kindergarten. Mi Escuelita will have four half-day classes at East Quarter, providing award-winning preschool for a total of 80 children.
