NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MFC Bancorp Ltd. ("MFC" or the "Company") (NYSE: MFCB) announces that, further to its news release dated February 1, 2016, the Company changed its name from "MFC Industrial Ltd." to "MFC Bancorp Ltd." The Company's common shares continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MFCB."
