MEXICO CITY, April 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Luis Videgaray Caso, Mexico's Secretary of Finance and Public Credit, in charge of promoting economic reforms within Enrique Nieto's administration, has agreed to participate as the keynote speaker of LatinFinance's 8^th Cumbre Financiera Mexicana, being held next Tuesday April 9^th at the Four Seasons in Mexico City.
