Mexico Real Estate Firm Gives to the Community, Just in Time for Christmas
MERIDA, Mexico, Dec. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Mexico International Real Estate, headquartered in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, announced today that the company would be donating 20% of their net commissions to local qualified charities and A.C.'s (Asociacion Civil) operating in Yucatan, Mexico.
"We want to do something to support the community that supports us," said Mitchell Jay Keenan, CRS, Director of Mexico International Real Estate. "It's a win, win, win situation for everyone. Our exclusive sellers and our buyers have the opportunity to direct money to their favorite charity and be more involved in the local community. Mexico International and our agents will enjoy the pleasure of giving and helping our community grow stronger," emphasized Keenan.
Due to the financial crisis of 2009 and the slow recovery of 2010 many local orphanages, albergues, animal shelters and organizations working to help the disadvantaged, poor and hungry are running on fumes and desperately need financial help.
