Partnership Will Focus on Patient Experience Across the Continuum of Care
SOUTH BEND, Ind., Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MetroHealth System has signed a multi-year agreement with Press Ganey to provide improvement solutions for its medical center, rehabilitation hospital, outpatient surgery center and network of 16 health centers. By capturing the voice of the patient across the continuum of care, Press Ganey and MetroHealth will be able to identify areas of opportunity and implement targeted action plans to enhance the patient experience. MetroHealth is one of the largest, most comprehensive providers in Northeast Ohio, serving the greater Cleveland community for more than 175 years.
