Metro Detroit's 101 Best And Brightest Companies To Work For Announced Arrow Strategies As The Elite Winner For Compensation, Benefits And Employee Solutions

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., Oct. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Metro Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For announced at their annual luncheon held at the Henry Hotel in Dearborn on October 30^th honoring all of the 101 winners that Arrow Strategies was recognized as an Elite Winner in Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions.

The 101 Best and brightest Companies to Work For awards competition provides Metro Detroit community businesses the opportunity to gain recognition and illustrate why they are the best and brightest company to work for. Arrow Strategies, along with all of the other honored organizations are put through a three-fold application process, which included companies being nominated by individuals, the company's human resource departments completing and submitting an extensive survey along with an employee roster, as well as company employees being randomly selected to complete a survey on how they feel about their work environment. Once the results are collected, each application is statistically examined for quantitative data and scoring. All applications are examined on a point system and those receiving the highest points are selected as the winners. The Elite winners are selected based on their overall high scores and are then named an Elite winner in their respective category.
