Metro Credit Union Opens New Branch on Mass Ave. in Boston

With branch complete, Metro opens its doors at its 12th location

BOSTON, May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Metro Credit Union is pleased to announce they have opened their newest branch located at 1071 Mass Ave. in Boston.

The new location marks Metro's 12th branch and is steps away from the South Bay Plaza. This branch provides members living in the Boston area convenient banking right at their doorstep. This state-of-the-art branch features a drive-thru teller, drive-thru ATM, free coin counting machine, and much more. Marlene Collins serves as Branch Manager for the new location. Mrs. Collins holds over 35 years of retail banking experience and will oversee the daily operations as well as development of consumer and business relationships for the branch. Assistant Managers Stacey Johnson and Elma Mandzo will be working alongside Mrs. Collins.

Hours of operation for the branch will be as follows: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm; Thursday & Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm; and Saturday: 8:30am – 1:00pm. To better accommodate early morning members, the drive-thru window will be open at 7:30 am Monday – Friday, and at 8:30am on Saturday.
