Message from Her Majesty The Queen on the Passing of the Honourable Pierre Claude Nolin

OTTAWA, April 24, 2015 /CNW/ - The Governor General of Canada wishes to share a message addressed to all Canadians from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, on the passing of the Honourable Pierre Claude Nolin, Speaker of the Senate.
