HOUSTON, July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Meriplex Communications, The leader in high-speed data and VoIP networks, today announced it has acquired privately held ITR Technologies. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, ITR Technologies provides innovative comprehensive solutions for server, application and desktop managed services from the cloud. Financial terms were not disclosed.
