A committee of industry peers selected SABIC for executing a company-wide change management best practice to achieve best in class manufacturing excellence. As a result of the SABIC Total Reliability Program, SABIC developed a culture of reliability that is dedicated to increasing and improving reliability, availability, production, and continuous improvement in the area of Asset Performance Management. The entire organization, including manufacturing, reliability, operations, engineering, maintenance and technical staff, assumed its vital role in performing ongoing asset performance management, asset utilization and return on assets activities.
Meridium presented the 2015 APM Enterprise Technology Award to The Dow Chemical Company (Dow), one of the world's largest science and technology companies. The APM Enterprise Technology Award recognizes the company that has implemented a technology solution that has eliminated or integrated the most stand-alone solutions, and effectively removed many of the data silos in their organizations to create a true enterprise asset performance management system.
