DES MOINES, Iowa, May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Meredith Corporation, a leading media and marketing company serving American women, is expanding its 10-year relationship with AT&T*.
Under a new three-year $5.4 million contract, AT&T will continue to provide Meredith with local and long distance services, AT&T toll-free service, teleconferencing, Managed Internet Service and AT&T Virtual Private Network service to connect Meredith's locations throughout the country. Meredith is also mobilizing its workforce and increasing productivity through a range of AT&T wireless voice and data services. AT&T will also extend AT&T Intelligent Content Distribution(SM) Service to enhance the performance of four more Meredith Corporation domain names, including the recently launched www.recipe.com.
AT&T Intelligent Content Distribution(SM) Service enhances the performance of Web sites and facilitates speedy downloads for end users. Creating, managing and delivering creative content is a significant part of Meredith's highly data intensive business and it demands the highest level of network performance from AT&T.
