Mercury Solar Systems Completes First Two Commercial Installations in Maryland
Includes Largest Installation Funded To Date by The Maryland Energy Administration's Project Sunburst Program
PORT CHESTER, N.Y., June 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercury Solar Systems, one of the top solar integrators on the East Coast, today announced that it has completed its first two commercial installations in Maryland in partnership with Nautilus Solar. The Company installed 1MW of ground mount and rooftop systems at sites in Talbot and Frederick Counties. Talbot County's solar system is the largest funded to date by The Maryland Energy Administration's Project Sunburst Program.

The projects included a 550kW ground mount system for the Talbot County Community Center based in Easton, MD and a 499kW rooftop system for Oakdale High School in Ijamsville, MD.
