Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA appoints Shawna McNamee as Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., March 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC, a leading automotive financial services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shawna McNamee as its new Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services for the Americas region, effective immediately.
McNamee succeeds Mary Hughes, who, after a successful 20-year career with the organization, recently transitioned to global projects for Daimler Financial Services in Germany. McNamee reports to Yvonne Rosslenbroich, Daimler Financial Services Board of Management Member and Global Head of Human Resources.

McNamee joined the company in 2015 as Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Canada. In her new role, McNamee will oversee human resources strategies and operations for the company's Americas region, which includes Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and the United States. McNamee is also responsible for compensation and benefits, employee development and facilities and administrative services. Complementary to this role, McNamee is now a member of Daimler Financial Services Americas' Operations Committee and the Human Resources Global Leadership Team.
She brings 20 years of extensive experience from her previous positions in organizational development and human relations leadership at several companies in Canada, the Netherlands and the United States, including Capital One, ING and Aramark, among others.
