Merced Systems Announces the Release of Merced Performance Suite Version 3.8
Powerful new features to Merced Performance Suite (MPS) further extend the solution's lead in Performance Management for Sales and Service Organizations
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Merced Systems, the leader in Sales Performance Management and Service Performance Management solutions, today announced the release of Merced Performance Suite (MPS) 3.8. The award-winning Merced Performance Suite is designed for large organizations seeking to achieve alignment and drive improvements in performance. MPS is the leading frontline performance management solution for sales and services organizations and helps organizations control costs and increase revenues.
MPS 3.8 adds significant performance and administrative enhancements for low cost of ownership, delivers powerful new features to its Coaching Plus and Analyst Workbench modules, and offers a new module, Incentives Plus, that provides Incentive Compensation Management capabilities to MPS users.
"Effective front-line performance management is critical for any customer-facing operation trying to reduce cost, drive sales transformation or increase customer loyalty," said Mark Selcow, President of Merced Systems. "Merced Performance Suite 3.8 extends the market leadership of the solution's feature set. MPS is now more powerful than ever at aligning individual or multiple customer-facing organizations, resulting in better execution of business-critical initiatives and delivering a sustainable competitive advantage in a demanding market."
New features of MPS 3.8 include:
- Performance and Monitoring: New features have been introduced to monitor, manage and improve the performance of reports and dashboards that will help increase user adoption and improve maintainability.
- Hierarchy Data Management: Enhancements provide lower complexity and cost of troubleshooting data issues and routine maintenance tasks. These features also expand the solution for org-chart based performance reporting.
- Observation Manager for Coaching Plus Module: Extends Merced's industry leadership in Coaching with support for Side-By-Side Coaching, Monitors, Evaluations, or Ride-Alongs. The "Observation" feature set makes it easy to identify behavioral trends that deserve attention and develop best practice action plans to improve behaviors.
- Excel Add-In for Analyst Workbench Module: First class ad hoc query interface for analysts to get more leverage out of MPS data. Enables use of Excel to work offline with Merced data and refresh on-demand, thereby eliminating the need to manually export reports and reformat data.
- Introducing Incentives Plus: A new module to Merced Performance Suite for customers with dynamic employee variable pay plans. Organizations with complex transaction-based commission drivers benefit from features that help increase incentive calculation accuracy, reduce costs for managing incentives, and run a pay-for-performance system which rewards employees for achieving targets that align with business strategy.
