Mercantile Bank Corporation Increases Dividend
Board declares $0.11 quarterly cash dividend on common stock resulting in current annual yield of 2.6%
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercantile Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: MBWM) ("Mercantile") announced today that on April 11, 2013 its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per common share, payable June 10, 2013 to holders of record as of May 10, 2013. The $0.11 cash dividend represents an increase of 10 percent from the $0.10 cash dividend paid during the first quarter of 2013.
