Auction Attracts Registered Bidders from 53 Countries, the Largest Geographic Distribution During Fall U.S. Auction Season
NEW YORK, Dec. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Auctionata successfully completed its second Chrono24: Modern & Vintage Timepieces auction Sunday afternoon, from 12 PM to 2:10 PM EST, with 495 registered bidders participating from 53 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Hong Kong, South Korea, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, and Switzerland. Auctioneer Amy Papola led the sale with Auctionata watch specialist Dr. Oliver Hoffmann, accompanied by Auctionata jewelry specialist Katherine Palmiter and Red Bar Crew founder Adam Craniotes. The men's timepieces crafted by Patek Phillipe, Rolex, and Franck Muller, attracted active bidding from around the world.
