Ms. Dodrill has served healthcare and technology companies for more than 20 years and is currently the President of Global Surgical Solutions at Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. ("Hillrom"). During her eight-year tenure at Hillrom she has been responsible for achieving enhanced operational effectiveness, market expansion and market share growth.

Earlier in her career, she served as a Vice President, Commercial Operations at DynaVox, and prior to that was a Regional Vice President at GE Healthcare. Ms. Dodrill earned a degree in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
