Medline Acquires Two Skin Care Product Lines from ConvaTec

NORTHFIELD, Ill., Aug. 6, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Medline announced today the acquisition of the SensiCare and Aloe Vesta collection of skin care product lines from ConvaTec, a global medical products company based in the U.K. The $29 million purchase brings the well-established brand of patient cleansing, moisturizing and skin protectants into Medline's portfolio of advanced skin care products. The sale is expected to close in the 3rd quarter of 2020.
