CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., April 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MediTract announced today the addition of Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing Ed Caldwell to the executive management team. Caldwell was most recently the senior vice president of revenue cycle solutions for Emdeon, where he held a number of leadership positions working with hospitals, health systems and physician practices across the country. Caldwell brings more than 20 years of experience to his role at MediTract. As the vice president of sales for Medifax EDI in 2002, he played a critical role in its growth, ultimately allowing the company to be acquired by WebMD in December 2003. Following the acquisition, he moved to Emdeon where he continued to grow and provide significant value in his roles as senior vice president of institution sales and senior vice president of institutional provider solutions. In June 2011 he was selected as the senior vice president of revenue cycle solutions and under his guidance, the division generated $240 million in annual revenue.
Caldwell is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a major in finance.
