CORONA, Calif., Aug. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Medina International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:MIHI) has completed delivery of a Defender 21 dive rescue boat to the Bartow County Fire Department, Georgia, through its wholly owned subsidiary Harbor Guard Boats, Inc.
