Medical Staffing Network Releases 2014 Pharmacy Career Resolutions Infographic, Pharmacists Resolve to Increase Compensation & Advance in Their Careers

BOCA RATON, Fla., April 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Staffing Network Healthcare, LLC (MSN), has released its 2014 Pharmacy Career Resolutions Infographic, a visual display of the New Year's resolutions pharmacy professionals have made regarding their career. The infographic, which consists of data collected from more than 200 pharmacy professionals, also uncovers the top factors that would motivate a pharmacist to make a job transition in 2014.

The Top Five Pharmacy Career Resolutions for 2014 are to make more money (34 percent), find a job that is more challenging and makes better use of their skills and experience, or moves them to the next level of their career (32 percent), further their education (29 percent), find a job that's closer to home (24 percent) or to find a job with a better schedule (22 percent).

The Top Factors That Would Motivate a Pharmacy Professional to Change Jobs in 2014 are the chance to try a new area within the profession (54 percent),  a job that embraces and values their role more than their current job ( 40 percent) or more autonomy and less micromanagement (30 percent).
