(OTCBB: MDCE) - As China continues to develop into a global economic power, the country's infrastructure is also facing an upgrade as well. Key among its growth sectors is healthcare as evidenced by a heavy investment in government healthcare spending, especially children's healthcare.

The Flagship Facility in China's progressive 'megacity' in Dongguan, Guangdong Province is scheduled to open its doors in the last quarter of 2011, and already the Company has received additional backing to fast track the licensing process for its next location in Beijing.

A corporate summit with the Board of Directors, Management Team and Medical Advisory Board members was recently held in Dongguan and Beijing to plan the Company's strategic operational next steps for the upcoming year.
The series of meetings took five working days to conclude and the leadership teams emerged with clear plans for the framework of its pediatric operations for 2011 – 2012 in an enthusiastic business climate. Also present were several government health officials from various cities and provinces in China to advanced previous discussions for license attainment in the larger and Tier-2 cities.
