Medical Cannabis Dispensary, Curaleaf, Expands Presence Throughout Florida
Company Opens Dispensaries in Fort Myers & St. Petersburg and Expands Delivery Service into Central Florida
FT. MYERS, Fla., March 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- As Curaleaf continues to deliver on its mission to provide access for Florida's patients to premium quality and reliable medical cannabis products in a safe, compassionate and knowledgeable environment, the company today announced the opening of new dispensaries in Ft. Myers and St. Petersburg, along with the launch of a new fulfillment center in Ft. Pierce that will allow the company to deliver orders into Central Florida.
In addition to providing Florida's patients with greater accessibility, Curaleaf has also recently launched its exclusive Vape Slim product line, featuring discreet and easy-to-use disposable vaporizer pens filled with oils, available in six flavors including Sweet Kush and Tangie. Like all of the legal, low-THC and full-strength medical cannabis products Curaleaf offers patients, Vape Slims are also made using the industry's cleanest, most medically precise extraction and purification methods.
"Curaleaf's expansion efforts this month underscore our commitment to making this life-changing treatment available and accessible to all, so that suffering patients can find the relief they need," said Lindsay Jones, President of Curaleaf Florida. "We want the communities we serve to know that as Curaleaf expands its footprint across Florida and its product line, we remain focused on safety, exceptional quality, accessibility and superior customer service."
In Fort Myers, the Curaleaf dispensary is located at 4480 Fowler Street and the St. Petersburg dispensary is located at 3811 Tyrone Boulevard. Dispensaries are open Monday through Friday, 10am to 7pm and Saturday, 10am to 5pm. The State of Florida's Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry requires an order from a qualified Florida ordering physician and a State of Florida medical marijuana card to obtain medical cannabis products. All dispensary visitors must show a State of Florida medical marijuana card. Discounts are in effect for pediatric patients, military veterans, senior citizens and recipients of government financial assistance. Patients can also enroll in the new Curaleaf Rewards Program, which offers points when patients check-in or refer a new patient. Additional Curaleaf dispensaries are located in Lake Worth, Southern Miami-Dade County and the Dadeland area in Miami.
