Mediant Appoints Sherry Moreland as President

Ms. Moreland has thirty years of experience in leading business development, operations management, and client services at major financial institutions. She joined Mediant in 2007 as Director of Issuer Services, overseeing the rapid growth of this division which now services over 1000 corporate issuers in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia. Since 2013 she has served as Chief Operating Officer, managing operations and performance for Mediant's fast-growing services to banks, brokers, corporate issuers, and mutual funds. Ms. Moreland played an instrumental role in leading the recently announced expansion of Mediant's Fund Services division. Prior to Mediant, Ms. Moreland was Vice President and Senior Operations Manager for First Union's Corporate Trust Group.  She has also served in operations management for Primerica Financial Services and Reliance Trust Company.  Ms. Moreland will retain her position as COO.
