("the Company") today announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dave Brandon, will visit the new pop-up Toys"R"Us store in Times Square in New York City this afternoon to greet customers and thank team members for their hard work and dedication.  

As previously announced, the Company's approximately 1,600 Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us stores around the world are open for business and continuing to operate as usual. Customers can also continue to shop for the toy and baby products they are looking for online on the Company's newly launched www.toysrus.com and www.babiesrus.com web stores. The Company is continuing to honor return policies, warranties, gift cards and layaway programs. Loyalty programs, including Rewards"R"Us, Geoffrey's Birthday List and the Babies"R"Us Registry, are also continuing in their current forms.
