WHAT: The Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation (GPTMC), along with project funders the William Penn Foundation and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), will unveil a new $450,000 consumer education and tourism marketing program to introduce the people, places and flavors of the area's 100-mile foodshed -- from Amish Country to the Atlantic Ocean and from the region's rivers to the rich farmlands in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.
GPTMC will release details about the two-year campaign, including a strong Web presence, public relations, media partnerships, community building, research and more.
