MedeAnalytics Announces Three Executive Appointments

EMERYVILLE, Calif., Feb. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MedeAnalytics, a leading provider of healthcare performance management solutions, announced today three executive appointments to provide leadership for the company's provider and payer businesses, as well as the finance function.

Steve Lerch has been named senior vice president and general manager of the Provider Business Unit. With MedeAnalytics since 2009, Steve previously served as the company's chief financial officer. He has extensive leadership experience in operations management, technology, business development, and mergers and acquisitions to complement his finance and accounting background.

Scott Paddock will lead the Payer Business Unit as senior vice president and general manager. With the company since 2008, Scott has more than 15 years experience in operations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales and marketing, with an emphasis on healthcare.

Sal DeTrane, MedeAnalytics' chief administrative officer, will also assume the role of chief financial officer for the company. With MedeAnalytics since 2004, he is responsible for finance, human resources, and a variety of operational initiatives, as well as the company's strategy and business development initiatives, which include channel and partnership development, and merger and acquisition activities.
