Denise Fletcher possesses a long record of significant achievement as a senior corporate financial and operating officer with a wide range of industry experiences. Most recently Ms. Fletcher served as Executive Vice President, Finance at Vulcan, Inc., the investment and project management company of Paul G. Allen, co-founder of Microsoft, where she oversaw finance for the company and its affiliated companies, playing a key role in finance, strategy, and overall management of the various company holdings. Prior to this, Ms. Fletcher served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DaVita, Inc., a leading provider of dialysis services in the U.S. for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure. Preceding her tenure at DaVita, Ms. Fletcher served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at MasterCard International, Inc. Prior to MasterCard, Ms. Fletcher served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bowne & Company, Inc., the largest U.S. financial printing company prior to its acquisition by R.R. Donnelley.
Ms. Fletcher currently serves on the board of Unisys Corporation, a worldwide information technology company, and Mazars Group, a privately held international organization, specializing in audit, accountancy, tax, legal and advisory services with clients in 67 countries, headquartered in Paris. Fletcher has previously served on the boards of Sempra Energy, Orbitz, Inc., and Software Etc. Stores, Inc.
Ms. Fletcher is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Economic Club of New York. She was named in "Women at the Top" by Industry Week magazine, "Women Ready to Run Corporate America" by Working Woman magazine and "Women Leaders in the Financial Industry" by Wow! Facts 2003. She serves on the board of the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance and has served on the boards of Girl Scouts USA, YWCA of New York City and the Alumni Executive Council of the Kennedy School at Harvard.
Ms. Fletcher graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College and received her Master's degree from Harvard University.
Lee Roberts brings a deep wealth of experience across many facets of strategic and executive management within technology companies. Currently President and CEO of Bluewater Consulting, an information technology management consulting company, Mr. Roberts previously served as Vice President and General Manager of IBM's global enterprise content and business process management software, part of IBM's worldwide Software Business Group. Prior to this most recent role at IBM, Mr. Roberts was CEO and Chairman of FileNet Corporation, a publicly-trading market leader in technology-enabled enterprise content management, business process management, and related applications. Initially joining FileNet as its President and Chief Operating Officer in 1997, Mr. Roberts led the company in a multi-year growth process expanding FileNet's reach to more than 4,000 customers in 92 countries, growing the company's market value by more than 800% before ultimately leading its sale to IBM in 2006 -- the fourth largest acquisition by IBM at the time. Prior to his executive roles at FileNet, Mr. Roberts served in many management and executive positions with IBM from 1977 to 1997, ultimately serving in IBM's as Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Marketing and Sales for IBM's Networking Division. Altogether, Mr. Roberts brings extensive experience in software and technology together with extensive international experience.
Mr. Roberts currently serves on the boards of QAD, Inc., a publicly-trading provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain software, Unisys Corporation, a publicly-trading information technologies solutions company, and Varolii Corporation, a privately-held provider of on-demand communications software services. Mr. Roberts has previously served on a number of additional public and private boards.
Mr. Roberts earned Bachelor's degrees in Economics, Biology, and Chemistry at California State University, San Bernardino and his MBA degree with honors at the University of California, Riverside. He completed IBM's Executive International Management Program in Belgium and Executive Management Development programs at Harvard University.
