MDC Partners and Top Brazilian Agency Peralta Announce New Partnership in Brazil

NEW YORK, March 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MDC Partners announced today that it is expanding its operations in Brazil by partnering with fast-growing local creative agency, Peralta. The partnership will initially focus on servicing major global clients of MDC Partners agency CP+B, and will serve as a platform for further collaboration in the future.

Peralta, a full-service advertising agency founded by Alexandre Peralta, will work through a joint-venture agreement with MDC Partners, which currently operates in United States, Canada, Europe, and the Caribbean.
