MD Johnson Inc. Advises David Broadus on the Acquisition of Performance Nissan
EVERETT, Wash., April 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- MD Johnson Inc. has completed the acquisition of Performance Nissan on behalf of David Broadus. Broadus will rename the dealership Magic Nissan of Everett, immediately following the sale. Broadus, son of long time Seattle auto dealer Bruce Broadus, is the dealer principal of Michael's Toyota in Bellevue and Magic Toyota located in Edmonds, North of the Seattle area. Broadus is the largest retailer of Toyota products in Washington State
MD Johnson Inc., served as the exclusive financial advisors to Mr. David Broadus. MD Johnson Inc. initiated, structured and negotiated the transaction on behalf of Broadus. Mark Topping SR VP of MD Johnson Inc. managed the transaction on behalf of the firm.
The transaction closed on March 31st, 2011. The seller, Hugh Hall, will continue to own and operate his Kia dealership in Everett Washington. The Broadus' group also owns Michael's Issaquah Chevrolet serving the Eastside of Seattle.
