McElhaney Joins INTEGRITYOne Partners

McElhaney represents a strong addition to INTEGRITYOne's already potent federal IT and business consulting practice. McElhaney played a key role bringing ICE's vision of automation modernization, information sharing, and systems interoperability to fruition.

While at ICE, McElhaney built a Systems Development unit that was responsible for a $300 million+ annual IT portfolio and was completely aligned to the missions and priorities of ICE customers. A graduate of the Federal Executive Institute, McElhaney holds a Bachelor's degree from University of Maryland University College in Information Systems. He is a recipient of the ICE Meritorious Service Award for superior achievement and the ICE-DHS Partner Award as well as other executive-level recognitions and awards.
