McAlister's Deli Announces Opening Of First Restaurant In Abilene, Texas

ABILENE, Texas, Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- McAlister's Deli™, a leading fast casual restaurant, announces its first location in Abilene, Texas, will open on Monday, Sept. 30 at 3318 South Clack Street. To celebrate the opening and introduce McAlister's to the local community, the restaurant will partner to raise funds for the West Texas Rehabilitation Center in Abilene.

As part of the fundraising partnership, McAlister's in Abilene will kick off its Helping Hands Campaign in November where guests will receive a $2 McAlister's gift card to redeem on their next visit for every $2 donation made to the rehab center. In addition, the restaurant and employees will donate all tips for the first 30 days of operation. The restaurant aims to raise $6,000 for the center.
