In addition, May-Leng leads the Development of Lean Supply Chain Solutions which includes the Design and Implementation of Innovative Parts Handling and Logistics Methods to Reduce Internal Plant Material Handling Costs and External Supply Chain Costs. This Encompasses the Entire Supply Chain from Receiving Inbound Parts from Suppliers to Delivery to the Production Line and Shipments of Outbound Finished Engines, Transmissions, Vehicle and Service Parts; Development of Best Practices and Providing Coaching Direction for Operational Implementation across Chrysler's 26 Stamping, Engine, Transmission, Vehicle Assembly Plants and MOPAR Service Parts Distribution Center Locations located in U.S., Canada and Mexico. 

As a result of her dedication and expertise within the field of Logistics, May-Leng has been named as one of 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry by Automotive News in September 2010. She was also honored as a 2010 Professional of the Year in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry by Cambridge Who's Who in August 2011. Furthermore, she was awarded the title of Empire Who's Who Professional of the Year representing the Automobile Manufacturing from 2006-2007.

May-Leng earned her M.S. in Operations Research from the University of Miami.
