Maximo Lorenzo Joins Grey Argentina As Chief Executive Officer
This appointment, together with the promotions of Pablo Sanchez Rubio as COO and Diego Medvedocky as Vice President of the agency, consolidates Grey Argentina's new leadership team.
NEW YORK, Dec. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alain Groenendaal, President and CEO of Grey Latin America, announced today that Maximo Lorenzo has joined the agency as Chief Executive Officer of Grey Argentina, a new position.
The company also announced the promotion of Pablo Sanchez Rubio, current CFO of the agency, to the added post of COO (Chief Operating Officer) in recognition of his outstanding leadership and performance.
Lorenzo will partner with Diego Medvedocky, Grey Argentina's award winning and recently promoted VP and Executive Creative Director, and Pablo Sanchez Rubio, CFO/COO to further develop the growth of Grey in Argentina.

Maximo Lorenzo: An Innovative Brand Builder
Maximo Lorenzo began his advertising career in account management in 1989 with stints at JWT, McCann and Grey Argentina. Joining the client side in 1995 in brand management at Gillette Argentina, he went on to a stellar nearly decade-long career at McDonald's Corporation in Latin America and the United States, rising to the post of Latin America Zone Marketing Director. Since 2007, Lorenzo has served in senior regional management roles at promotional and digital companies, Creata Latin America and The Marketing Store Worldwide, based in Argentina.
Importantly, he has also contributed to the success of such leading marketers as Kellogg's, Cadbury, Danone, General Motors, Braun, S.C. Johnson, IBM and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Pablo Sanchez Rubio: Promotion
Pablo Sanchez Rubio has worked in advertising for the past 20 years, beginning his advertising career at IPG, where he was Controller for the Momentum and MRM businesses.
A 12-year Grey veteran, Sanchez has served as Controller of Grey Argentina; Controller of the Grey Latin America region; Chief Financial Officer of Grey Chile and in his current post since 2010.
Montserrat Villafane Molina, who has served as General Manager since July 20th 2011, has decided to leave the agency, capping a highly successful tenure.
