Maxim Healthcare Services Executive Appointments Enhance Focus on Employee Relations and Technology Systems

COLUMBIA, Md., Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., an established provider of home healthcare, medical staffing and wellness services, added Vice President of Human Resources Kathy Ayres and Chief Information Officer Gregory Ericson to Maxim's executive management team.

In her role as vice president of human resources, Ayres leads the design and implementation of strategies for employee engagement, performance management, recruiting and retaining talent and oversees the company's award and recognition program. She brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to Maxim, having most recently served as senior vice president of human resources for the Broadlane Group in Dallas.

Ericson also joined Maxim from the Broadlane Group where he was executive vice president and chief information officer. He oversees Maxim's information services department and supports the company's strategic IT initiatives, including the implementation of new software systems designed to support quality care and enhance compliance throughout the company's operations.
