Maxim Healthcare Services Appoints William Butz CEO

COLUMBIA, Md., April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc., a leading provider of home healthcare, medical staffing and population health and wellness services, today announced the appointment of William "Bill" Butz as chief executive officer. Butz replaces outgoing CEO W. Bradley Bennett who served in that role since 2009.

A seasoned healthcare executive, Butz most recently served as Maxim's president and chief operating officer, leading the company's operations while working to integrate and grow its services. Prior to joining Maxim as chief financial officer in 2012, Butz served as president of Erickson Living where he was responsible for the company's operations including physician practices, skilled nursing and home health services. Earlier in his career, Butz worked for Allegis Group for 15 years where he held various financial leadership positions, including CFO of Aerotek, Allegis Group's largest operating company.
