Maxim Healthcare Services Appoints First Chief Experience Officer

COLUMBIA, Md., Oct. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. (www.maximhealthcare.com), an established provider of home healthcare, medical staffing, and wellness services, today announced the appointment of Julie Judge as its first Chief Experience Officer.

In the newly created role, Judge will lead the Office of Maxim Experience, providing vision and direction for company-wide initiatives designed to create exceptional experiences for Maxim's patients, caregivers and staff. Judge brings 20 years of expertise in enhancing patient and employee experience, engagement and retention to her new role, which is part of Maxim's executive leadership team.

Judge joins Maxim from Erickson Living, a creator of continuing care retirement communities, where she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and helped improve business stability and continuity through a leadership development platform, talent review and bench strength processes. Previously, Judge served as the Vice President of Human Resources for domestic, international, and medical operations at the Cleveland Clinic, where she focused on creating caregiver experiences that helped increase patient satisfaction and was responsible for transforming an under-resourced division into a modern, streamlined operation.

Judge received her bachelor's degree in human resources from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland, and has held senior leadership roles with industry leading organizations such as CitiGroup.
