Maxim Healthcare Services and Leavitt Partners Release White Paper on the Value of Community Health Workers

COLUMBIA, Md., Sept. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxim Healthcare Services and Leavitt Partners today released a new white paper titled: "Regulatory Frameworks for Community Health Worker Programs."  The paper outlines state approaches to community health worker (CHW) programs and identifies 12 components that contribute to a successful CHW program with positive outcomes.
