MaxEmail.com Releases A New Mobile Faxing App With Digital Signature Feature for iPad and iPhone 5
CHICAGO, June 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- MaxEmail Fax 2.0 introduces key features that improve effectiveness by eliminating the need to print and scan, for professionals who rely on mobile fax communications.
Business professionals often receive faxes that need to be signed and faxed back. In this age of Internet fax services, sending back a signed fax would require the person to print out the fax, sign it, scan it into their computer, and then fax it back. And if the professional is away from her office, finding a printer and scanner can be a major problem. But even if a printer and scanner are readily available, precious minutes of the work day tick away as she prints, signs and scans.
In MaxEmail's new version of its acclaimed iPhone and iPad faxing app, users are able to create their own digitized signatures that can be stamped onto documents. Through the app, users can securely access any fax they have received in the last 30 days, stamp their signature on it, add text such as a date, and securely fax the document anywhere in the world.
James Siwek, Vice President of Online Engineering for MaxEmail.com, says, "The time saving features of our new iPhone and iPad app take a task that could require as much as 15 or 20 minutes to complete, and boils it down into something that can be done in just a minute or two."
MaxEmail has also designed a separate user interface for the iPad, which takes advantage of the larger screen size to make viewing, signing and annotating fax documents easier.
As with previous versions of MaxEmail Fax, users can continue to enjoy the ease and convenience of using the iPhone or iPad's built in camera to turn paper documents into digital documents that are cleaned and optimized for fax. Users can also fax PDF documents from other installed apps, or documents stored in their DropBox and Google Docs accounts.
MaxEmail Fax 2.0 can be downloaded for free from iTunes at:

…and can be used with any MaxEmail service plan, including its 30-day free trial. Every user gets a private MaxEmail number, which can also be used to view received faxes and listen to voicemail received at his or her number. The trial version comes with all of the features of a paid account, restricted only by the number of faxes that can be sent and received.
