ABOUT MR. MATTHEW PAUL FISCHER, JR.

Mr. Fischer has more than 40 years of experience in the legal field.  Currently, he is President of The Law Firm of M. Paul Fischer P.C., and has dedicated 100% of his practice to litigation in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, family law, divorce, child support, custody and visitation, litigation and DUI.  Mr. Fischer received a B.S. degree from Arizona State University, Tempe, Arizona, in 1965 and his J.D. from the University of San Diego's School of Law, San Diego, California, in 1970.  He was honored as Phi Delta Phi Magistrate from 1967-1970 and is "BV" rated from Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. Fischer is a member of numerous associations and committees and has served on various Boards of Directors, including East Valley Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, American Bar Foundation, State Bar of Arizona, Committee Leader for the State of Arizona, Mesa United Way Board of Directors, City Bank Community Board of Directors and is a member of Phi Delta Phi.  Mr. Fischer currently resides in Mesa, Arizona, where he enjoys his three children, playing golf, fly fishing and traveling.
