Matthew Adam Properties Appoints Richard Riano CFO
NEW YORK, Dec. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ira Meister, President and CEO of Matthew Adam Properties, announces that Richard Riano has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the company, a leading New York property manager.
Riano is responsible for the financial operations of the company and the properties it manages, making certain all reports and analyses meet the firm's high standards of excellence. Riano and his staff will work with the company's Asset Managers and board treasurers to develop annual and long-term budgets for the properties.

Prior to joining Matthew Adam Properties, Riano was a senior accountant with Prisand, Melina, Unterlack & Co., LLP, a major Long Island real estate accounting firm, where he was involved in a full-range of accounting work for co-ops and condominiums including long-term financial planning, auditing in preparation of certified financial statements, developing budgets, and preparing for and attending shareholder meetings.
Previously, he was an accounting supervisor at Aries Global Logistics.
He is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York with a B.A. in accounting.
