IT industry leader Nicolai Salcedo joining North America's largest privately owned homebuilder
TORONTO, April 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder, is pleased to announce that Nicolai Salcedo is joining Mattamy as the company's new Senior Vice President, Information Technology (IT). In this role Nicolai will be responsible for providing leadership and execution of Mattamy's IT strategies, including the post-implementation deployment of the company's enterprise platform, as well as the creation of a plan to implement the right technologies across the business.
"Nicolai is a seasoned IT executive with considerable experience across a variety of industries, systems and geographies," says Mattamy's Chief Operating Officer Brian Johnston. "He is a strong communicator and creative leader who has a proven track record of building high-performing IT teams and managing complex projects and platforms."
Most recently Nicolai was the Managing Director, Customer Success for Delphix (a market leader in data virtualization), and has also held senior IT roles at Aimia and Procter & Gamble. Nicolai has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad De Los Andes and a certification from the Project Management Institute of Boston University, and is a graduate of the Executive Education Program at York University's Schulich School of Business. He is an Advisory Board Member for the CIO Leadership Summit and a member of the Board of Directors for PMI Southern Ontario (Toronto and GTA).
