Matlin & Partners Acquisition Corporation Class A Common Stock And Warrants To Commence Trading Separately On April 28, 2017
NEW CANAAN, Conn., April 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Matlin & Partners Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") (NASDAQ: MPACU) today announced that the holders of the Company's units may elect to separately trade the Class A common stock and warrants underlying the units commencing on April 28, 2017. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol "MPACU" and the Class A common stock and the warrants are expected to trade under the symbols "MPAC" and "MPACW", respectively.
The units were initially offered by the Company in an underwritten offering. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. acted as the sole book running manager for the offering.
