Bob Anderson, Founder & Chairman of The Leadership Circle and Bill Adams, Global CEO, The Leadership Circle, will explore what the current research reveals about transformative practices that lead to greater leadership effectiveness. They will demonstrate that a change in leadership consciousness – contributing to the development of leaders with character, maturity and courage – is necessary to effect change in organizational culture, directly impacting business performance. Bob and Bill will share practical insights and client case studies demonstrating a pathway to leader development.

Nao Inoue, Chief Learning Officer of The Leadership Circle Japan, will add to the conversation as she guides conference participants through the practice of exploring the inner self using concepts drawn from ancient eastern wisdom. By examining personal relationships to others, teams, the organization, community and the planet, participants will gain further insight into what they are passionate about and what they want to create in their lives. Nao will help participants experience ancient eastern concepts and wisdom as they explore their inner worlds and imagine the outer worlds they desire to create.

Bob is recognised as a pioneer in the field of leadership development and research. Over the past 35 years, he has dedicated his career to exploring the intersections between leadership and mastery, competence and consciousness, spirituality and business. Bob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from John Carroll University and a Master's Degree in Organisational Development from Bowling Green State University. He serves as adjunct faculty for the Executive Education Center at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. Bob is also the co-author of the recently published book Mastering Leadership.

Bob and Kim, his wife of 32 years, make their home near Toledo, Ohio, and enjoy travelling the globe for both work and play with their three adult children.

Bill is known for partnering with leaders to unlock breakthrough performance, develop deep leadership capability, and produce transformational business results.

He is the Co-founder and CEO of Full Circle Group, North America; CEO of The Leadership Circle; and co-author of several books, including The Whole Systems Approach and The Quest for Service Quality.  Together with Bob Anderson he recently co-authored Mastering Leadership.

Clients range from Multi National Corporations, Fortune 500 corporations to start-ups across multiple industries around the world. He sits on numerous boards in the for-profit, education, and non-profit worlds.

Bill holds a Master's Degree in Interpersonal and Organisational Communication from the University of Montana.

He and his wife, Cindy, live in Utah. The two are most at home in the outdoors, working with youth leadership, and spending time with their four children and a growing crew of grandchildren.
