MassMutual Wins Two ContactCenterWorld Global Awards

SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Dec. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) won two awards at the 2014 ContactCenterWorld Global Top Ranking Performers Best Practices Conference.

MassMutual was named to the 2014 Best in the World list winning a gold medal for Best in Community Spirit, which exemplifies MassMutual's commitment to corporate responsibility initiatives including volunteer efforts, philanthropy and educational programs that all employees are encouraged to participate in.
